• Team reviews specifications, artwork feasibility, and delivery timeline.
• Formal quotation sent within 24–48 hours including costs, taxes, and lead times.
• Client approves quotation via email or online system.
• Client provides Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation.
• Finance team issues proforma/tax invoice.
• Payment terms applied: Net 30 (B2B) or prepayment (new clients).
• Client submits high-quality logo/artwork file (AI, EPS, PNG).
• Design team prepares digital mock-up for client approval.
• Production begins only after final approval.
Note - We would require the payment when you sign your artwork proof. This will enable us to proceed to production.

• Order scheduled in production queue after approval and payment.
• Branding executed via printing, embroidery, or engraving.
• Quality control checks applied at all stages.
• Products packaged and shipped via trusted couriers.
• Tracking information shared with client.
• Standard lead time: 7–14 business days (express options available).
• Customer service follows up for feedback after delivery.
• Order history retained for easy repeat ordering with discounts.
